Home, and Power buttons for about 5 seconds until you see warning
screen.
Step 2. Hit Volume Up key to enter ODIN Download mode and connect a micro-USB cable from your AT&T Note 3 to your computer.
Step 3. Download and unzip the Root_de_la_Vega.7z:
or Torrent file
Step 4. Run N900AUCUBMI1_OneClickBin.exe and click Start.
If you do not see a yellow-highlighted box, you need to download and install Samsung USB drivers. Then unplug and re-plug the micro-USB cable, you should now see it.
Step 5. Your AT&T Note 3 should reboot when it is done and you
will see “PASS!”. If you see “FAIL!” or any other error, you can try
re-running the program and try a different USB cable/port.
Step 6. Reboot into ODIN Download mode like in Steps 1 through 2 and
connect a micro-USB cable from your AT&T Galaxy Note 3 to your
computer.
Step 7. Run ODIN program, then put Root_de_la_Vega.tar in AP then hit Start. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE!
When done, your phone will reboot.
Step 8. Copy the contents of Root_de_la_Vega.zip to the root of the internal sdcard. And reboot your phone.
Step 9. After fully booting delete the files from the internal sdcard
that were added previously using My Files app. Then reboot your
AT&T Note 3.
Step 10. Once rebooted, you should see SuperSU app, run it once and update the binaries.
Step 11. Download and run a rooted app such as Titanium Backup app
and run it. You should now see a Superuser request window, congrats!
You have fully rooted your AT&T Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900A.
